The Settings page in SnapAssign includes several tabs that allow administrators to manage various aspects of the app. These tabs include General, Calendar, Permissions (coming soon), and Audit Logs.

Permissions and Audit Logs Tabs

  • General Tab

    • The General tab under the Settings page allows administrators to configure global settings that determine how SnapAssign responds to various events and controls which projects or issue types are included or excluded from automated assignment processes.

  • Calendar Tab

    • The Calendar tab is where you can define and manage work calendars for your team. Calendars help in scheduling shifts, ensuring that assignments are made only during working hours, and respecting holidays.

  • Permissions Tab

    • The Permissions tab is currently under development and will be available soon. This tab will allow administrators to manage user permissions within the SnapAssign app.

  • Audit Logs Tab

    • The Audit Logs tab in SnapAssign provides administrators with a detailed history of actions taken within the application. This tab is essential for tracking changes, monitoring user activity, and ensuring accountability.
