Overview
The Team's Activity Gadget allows you to track the activity of a specific team directly from your Jira dashboard. It displays key information such as the issues assigned, assignees, and the current status, mirroring the data available in the Activity panel on the Team's page but accessible from any dashboard of your choice.
Key Features
Live Updates: Displays the team's ongoing activity, including issues assigned within a chosen time frame.
Detailed View: The gadget shows issue keys, summaries, statuses, and assignees, along with the assigned date.
Team Selection: You can configure the gadget to show activity for any team of your choice.
Configuration
Adding the Gadget to a Dashboard:
Go to your Jira Dashboard.
Click on the Add Gadget button.
In the search bar, type SnapAssign - Team's Activity Gadget and add it to the dashboard.
Configuring the Gadget:
Once added, click the edit button to configure the gadget.
Team: Select the team whose activity you want to display in the gadget (see image 2).
Click Save to confirm your selection.
Notes
You can add multiple instances of the gadget to track different teams simultaneously.
It supports the same filtering and team configurations as the Team's Activity page in the app.
